Saxon acquisition adds expertise in employee benefits services
ORLANDO, Fla., Oct. 30, 2024 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- AssuredPartners ("AP"), a premier global insurance brokerage, announces the acquisition of Saxon Financial Services, Inc., an employee benefits and financial management company based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Saxon's employee benefits team will fold into the AP Cincinnati office under the operational leadership of Matt Mauller, Agency President of AP Cincinnati, and Cassondra Hustrulid, AP Midwest Regional President. Saxon's 16 employees will move to the Kenwood office in mid-November. Saxon's current leadership will have management responsibilities in employee benefits.

According to Mauller, AP Cincinnati's current customer base is more heavily weighted on the property and casualty side, so the addition of Saxon's specialists effectively doubles the agency's employee benefits team.

Saxon Financial Services started in 2001 by Jamie Charlton and offered clients employee benefits insurance solutions along with financial services. The financial advisory side of Saxon will continue to operate independently.
