MIAMI, Oct. 1, 2024 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Organic wine sales are up 3.86% in dollar sales and 1.39% in volume, according to Nielsen data for the 52 weeks ending September 10, 2024, with the trend even strengthening when you look at the most recent quarter (+7.44% and +2.01%).
