ORLANDO, Fla., Nov. 6, 2024 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- FirstService Residential, the leading property management company in North America, announced today that three associates and a board member have been nominated for the 2024 Connect Community Awards, which celebrates the achievements of management firms, community association managers (CAMs), and board members, who have demonstrated excellence in the field. Nominees will be recognized at the third annual, red-carpet event on November 7 at the Walt Disney Swan Reserve in Orlando.
FirstService associates Debbie Mafra, general manager of the Country Club at ChampionsGate Community Association, Vasti Najera, community association manager at Courtney Landing Condominium Association, and Paul Clark, community association manager at Orchard Hills Homeowners Association, were nominated for their outstanding leadership, dedication, and innovative approaches to community management. James Stone, president of the Country Club at Championsgate Community Association, a FirstService Residential-managed community, was nominate for the Most Community Minded Board Member of the Year.

As part of the celebration, nominated managers will have the opportunity to win a Community Associations Institute (CAI) scholarship, and the winners will be announced in the January 2025 issue of the Florida Community Association Journal (FLCAJ).
