Frederick Health's Family Connects is a free, evidence-based service offering in-home nurse visits to new parents and caregivers. These visits, previously only available to parents delivering at Frederick Health Hospital, are now open to all newborns in Frederick County, regardless of income, insurance, or immigration status.
