The Intelli-Fil Walking Beam Filler offers a precise and cost-effective solution with speeds up to 200 CPM for multiple market sectors including personal care, dressings and sauces, and home care. Its high fill accuracy is achieved with mag or mass meters, eliminating waste caused by worn pistons. Also, with simplicity and ease of use in mind, the feed-screw only design reduces changeover time and lowers cost of ownership. Therefore, this filler stands out with fewer container parts compared to piston fillers.
Additionally, Pacific will showcase their Opti-Fil R Series and a PackWest Centurion Inline Capper. The Opti-Fil R Series is a dependable and accurate volumetric filler designed for viscosities ranging from free-flowing to highly viscous products, at speeds up to 600 CPM. The Centurion Capper offers efficiency and versatility with speeds up to 250 CPM and can accommodate a wide range of caps―up to 135 mm―and container sizes.
