Bainbridge Mallard Creek coming to one of the nation's top five best-ranked cities to live
WELLINGTON, Fla., Nov. 1, 2024 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Bainbridge Companies LLC (Bainbridge) today announced construction has begun on Bainbridge Mallard Creek.
The Class A multifamily community will be located at 2610 Beard Rd, Charlotte, N.C., and is slated to open by Fall 2025 with a construction completion date by Summer 2026. Nearby, Ayrsley Lofts and Matthews Square Apartments are in Bainbridge's managed portfolio of communities.
