McNally joins York Ag following a distinguished career dedicated to growth and development in the U.S. poultry industry. A graduate of Penn State University with a B.S. in Agribusiness Management, McNally later earned an M.S. in Organizational Development and Leadership from Shippensburg University. His professional background includes sales and general management roles with regional poultry feed manufacturers, integrators, and live poultry transport companies.
